If you watch carefully, there is an evidence explosion not causes by ngv cylinder exploded, maybe by other reason..
watch carefully the cylinder still in perfect condition at time 1.21 minute in video!
Same thing happened in PSS jalan Kepong, selangor early 2008 when Acetlyene cylinder exploded inside merz car while owner refilling ngv.
Why ngv always treat as culprit?
